Narobia's is a quaint, small very delicious breakfast, brunch, lunch serving cafe. I am not 100%, but I do recall seeing a couple of tables right out front. I believe that can make it dog friendly, but I am sure(almost), that they do not allow dogs inside.
I'm pretty sure Natalie above is right. I'd bet no dogs inside, but that theyd h as ve no problem on the 2 or 3 outside tables.
