I bought a pound of black walnuts on 11/9/18. When I opened them to bake I found a lot of little worms, so many that I was unable to use the nuts. I have tried many times to get a response by phone, but no one answers. How do I get a refund?

There are many shops there, so anyone that can help you needs to know from what shop you made the purchase...

Since I was visiting from Minnesota, I need a different method. I still have my receipt but am reluctant to put personal info on a website. I need someone to pick up a phone.

This is very unfortunate. I've never heard of anything like that happening. I guess the only thing you can do is to take your product there and ask for a refund. The people are very nice and should take care of you.
