Is it Dog friendly?

Yes they are dog friendly. However the bathrooms are gross. I am not sure why people have to be such dirty animals.

Dog friendly add others have said. The trail doesn't always have water at the entrance so I would bring some water if your dog gets thirsty.

Yes but i recommend you respect other hikers with kids or horses to put dogs on leash when you approach. There is also hunting on these lands, so if your dogs spook on (rare) gunfire you may want to be ready for that.

Yes! Just be aware you may suddenly come across other park users (including horses) without much warning. Also, the ticks are bad this time of year, and the water in the creek is running high - take your dog's collar off if s/he goes swimming so it doesn't get caught on any underwater branches.
