Why does no one answer the phone? I have not been up to shop for awhile, but when I do I ride a cart to shop, and I have been told I will now have to check my self out. Is this correct or is there still someone to help with my purchases?

Generally check out is all self check out now. However, there are many employees available and willing to help someone not able to work the self check out themselves. Last week I had my kids with me and just that was enough for an employee to offer assistance. That being said, I would still recommend not going during peak times to ensure extra people available to help you.
