Parking is under the Pavilions. If you go to the movies, get your ticket validated, then parking is free.
Parking garage and get your ticket validated from a merchant in the Pavillions and you should be able to get free parking.
There's a couple of parking around but no free parking
Parking is provided Underground, enter on Welton Street.
