Thanks for reaching out to us! Yes, all Washoe County Parks are dog-friendly. There are leash requirements in most parks, unless stated otherwise. They are required at all times within Galena Creek Regional Park. While hiking the Jones/Whites Loop Trail, Whites Creek Trail and Thomas Creek Trail toward the Mt.
