Why was Express delivery forced out when it is obviouse 1 taxi does not serve Ontario good enough?

Sonja, I am still here! Express Delivery is still available. Just not for taxi services :/ such a bummer our cheif of police who commits bribery with the badge thought of me as an awful person, so awful he said no on approval for my taxi application. Looks like he has finally been forced out, might be a good time to re-apply. :) However I did notice that Arrow changed from a taxi service to a delivery service... I am not so sure they will be around much longer if they are still operating with the same mindset they had as a taxi business.
