How hard are balls in the batting cages? Are they real Softballs and/or Baseballs? Making sure I don't damage my bat.

We suggest not using personal bats. We use a polyurethane ball called soft-lite balls. We do offer baseball and soft size balls. We have bats and helmets here at the cages for your convenience.
