Are there table and chairs or just booths?

Yep. Counter and booths indoors, picnic tables outside. Not sure how far into Fall the outside option will be available. Side curtains maybe? Food wise, good selection, good service, tastes good. We found it to be a great value. One weekend, two visits.

Only booths, but they have chairs. Outside is all picnic tables, but they also have one or two bistro-style setups, as well.

All the tables are booths with bench seats, and there's stools at the counter. No free standing "table & chairs" though.
