Yes it is heated. There are 3 zones. One where you drive. One where you sit or stand and one towards the back of your bay. You can control all three zones independently. We turned all but the front one off as it got hot quick

Yeah, they're heated. I played last night until 10pm. The heaters warm the couch cushions up so when you sit they feel really warm!
