Yes. It's first come first serve. Road To get down is steep and rough. There is a pay station by the bathrooms it is $12 a night but there is a beautiful view of the Bluffs in the river and also very good access to Indian Creek trail.

Great camping at Kyle's Landing, like the others have said, road gets a little rough. If you drive a little car you may want to consider Steele Creek, that road is now paved the entire length to the campgrounds.
