You can but not recommend as the road around is not wide, pretty narrow and car are driving on faster speed with twist and turns. On the ground of the chapel you possibly can but it is not too big. The short road to the chapel is shared with road to private residence so there is also car coming and going.

There are no bike trails at Thorncrown Chapel, but there are over 25 miles of trails at nearby Lake Leatherwood.
Maybe the parking lot, not the path up to the chapel unless no one else there. The path not very wide.
I loved it I went there for a wedding it was so pretty and the workers were so efficient
