I just spent the last 40minutes trying to call the store. Does this store even have a operator? They keep hanging up on me.

It maybe due to the weather and the phone lines are being effected. Personally I have been experiencing problems with my phone lines today and I live pretty close to that store.

No. It generally just rings at the customer service desk.

I assume calls come through the customer service department. I have seen them answer incoming calls in the past.

All I've gotten is a recording.
