The gentleman (and his adorable dog) were both well mannered and extremely helpful during my brief stay last month. I intend to book another stay when my travels take me back to Buffalo next year.
We stayed there and that guy and his dog were very friendly! The first room we looked at, the bed mattress was very lop sided and he very quickly moved us to another room! Great service and we would stay again!
