Clean, quiet, free breakfast, great customer service, & the rooms don't smell bad!!!!!! It's nice to walk into a room and it smell good!! The front desk has little toiletries and stuff in case you forgot or need them as well. Another thing is that the rooms have a bigger fridge with a large freezer too. Only thing I would recommend is bringing an extra blanket unless you are comfortable with just the sheets. (Not a negative comment by any means, the bedding was clean and neat. )

The room we got had a portable heater and air conditioner sitting on the table that was vented to the outside. The window was not secured it was open and the screen unlocks from the outside. Did not feel safe. When we went to the front desk we were given a board to stick in the window that did not fit. The continental breakfast and a lot to be desired. The security cameras had exposed wires and were unplugged. The heater in the hot tub and pool were broken and after reading other reviews apparently for a very long time. I will have to say the room was clean and comfortable. There wasn't any plastic cups to get a drink of water. The vending machine were out of order. The room should not have cost $125 though it should have been more like about $60.00.

In 2020 I tried to stay at this hotel and was told they had no rooms as they were under new management and doing repairs and remodeling. At that time I saw no vehicles parked outside and it was 7pm. After reading reviews I believe they are lying to the public on all accounts. I'm guessing that they only have a handful of usable rooms that are grossly overpriced. Just because you have certain amenities on sight that don't work doesn't give you the right to overcharge your patrons. Especially those who must stop and rest because they would otherwise be a detriment to the highways. Find another way to get money to operate your business or you'll have no more business.

Motor to pool blew (no discount offered), hallway carpet filthy, service nothing compared to owners 1st time staying. Another new owner, since 1st time, April 2021. Room access worked intermittently with assigned cards, no one at front desk, long delay when assistance was needed, exposed wires to surveillance cameras ....lost the warm, safe feeling. On a positive ......found bed/pillows comfortable. Rating went from a 5 (from our 1st time ever staying as many upgrades were taking place, customer service was professional & welcoming, Staff & atmosphere gave a warm/safe feeling. Now seems to be going downhill again 😕

Yes! You have to pay a pet fee though :-)

It is not a question ... I visit the hotel very frequently, unfortunately the service provided by the bearded man who has a dog as a pet, is very bad ... It is the only thing I can complain about

The gentleman (and his adorable dog) were both well mannered and extremely helpful during my brief stay last month. I intend to book another stay when my travels take me back to Buffalo next year.

I was very pleased. The front desk was inviting and the desk clerk was very pleasant. The room was very clean, bed was comfy. The night desk clerk even uncovered the pool for my granddaughter. There was still an hour or so before closing the pool.

You have to ask desk to take cover off. It helps heat the pool and reduce costs
