Aside from sanitation stations and wearing PPE. We've reduced traffic by putting a host stand at the entrance for all of our carryout orders. Implemented POS systems to speed up waiting lines to pay. We also invested in beepers for those who would like to wait for a table outside or in vehicle, but not crowd into the entrance area. We've also removed 4 of the 15 tables we had, to provide more distance for our diners. With the open kitchen and dining room connected we have an accessible commercial hood vent system. This makes our dining room extremely well ventilated.
