if I get a free day pass...... do I have to waste my time getting a tour of the club when I arrive or can I just get to exercising? Will I be pressured to join?

You can just use your free pass, the staff at the Eau Claire gym are the nicest people I ever encountered!

Their pretty cool there. They'll let you get to it. And no pressure to join
