Why is it a week ago I ordered Domino's and they told me they did not deliver on Reed Road subdivision but since Saturday I've seen to Domino's delivery vehicles come to Reed Road subdivision

We have a driver that lives there in that subdivision and he has been leaving his cartop sign on

They dont deliver there but drive through occasionally but are not supposed to. Source: me I used to drive for dominos until recently.
