New store hours where they close at 11 are terrible. Using covid as an excuse, similar to many other businesses, to not provide service. I was told it would be at my apartment in 30-45 mins. Been waiting on the pizza for 2 hours. At the hour mark, I called to check on it. I was told it was being boxed up. We are now over 2 hours. Called in a large order for scheduled pick up. The staff were phenomenal. The girl who took my order was great. All 11 pizzas were correct and the men working at pick up helped carry to the car. Strong Wolf

I ordered last night to be delivered to be followed immediately by a phone call informing me they were not delivering so I could cancel or come get it. I canceled as it was late and I wasn't going to wake my son up to go get it. Why they didn't just turn delivery off I have no idea. Today I placed an order for pickup since I didn't know if they were delivering or not, since the app took forever to load I ended up off work, picked my kid up from daycare and in the parking lot at dominos before I could finally place the order. I opted for car delivery since I was already there. 10 minutes after my order said it was done I called them to see what the hold up was and was informed to pull around to the window. If I wanted drive thru I would have chose that. It wasn't raining or anything so no idea why they weren't doing car side delivery. Did they honor the 2 minute guarantee for the car side delivery or you get a free pizza, of course not!
