And to answer your question their biscuits are WAY bigger about twice the size of fast food so if you do a weight comparision I'm sure they are about 1/2 the cost of national chains. Plus, the meat is real meat LOCAL USA RAISED not proceeded junk, in store hand breaded; that is extra labor. Plus, everyone biscuit I have had was awesome so you might want to try again. And if you can't afford it don't buy it! Cook at home prep your own Striplings is a GREAT source for US LOCAL MEAT) if you can't afford their biscuit prices or just get a side of meat without the biscuit and that will reduce your cost. And SUPPPORT LOCAL!!! STRIPLINGS ROCKS! Best bacon and sausage and the raise the hogs themselves, so you are supporting a local farmer that has huge overhead for the cost of providing customers with an array of wonderful locally sourced items. * just my two cents.....The Dog Training Diva
Well I cook at the striplings in bogart and just like kate said I bread each piece of meat myself and its all fresh from local farmers and cut in our store and none of it is prasessed at all and you pay for what you get which is quality and we dont feel bad about it cause its the best of the best so next time you come in just know you are getting real quality for the price you pay and the people here are very genuine and caring were just a big ole family who love what we do but also know we appreciate you and your business.‼
