Over the last 20+ years I’ve seen this company go from wanting to exceed the customers expectations to a company no better than the United States Postal Service. That is a sad state of affairs! Between rude drivers, dilapidated trucks and deliveries taking longer than ever this company is but a shell of what it once was.

Just awful, ups didn't deliver my packages, I called and said I'd pick them up. Ups said ok that'll be an $8 charge for you to go pick them up. They said I'd receive a call in one hour and they would tell me the location and time to pick them up. That was at 5pm, by 630 I had not heard anything so I called back, I got a few excuses saying they tried to call etc, then they hung up on me. I call back and they tell me that my packages are in Niagara fall, im in Georgia, I hang up and call back they then say my packages are at the custom center in Bogart so I drive 35 minutes they and wait 30 minutes my packages are supposedly on the line being processed for next day delivery. I then drive 35 minutes back home, ups calls back and tells me I'd have to drive back and pick them up next day, way to fail at every aspect ups

Yes, you can, but make sure to call the number on your Info Notice (or on the web) to make sure that they hold it for you. Otherwise, it will be sent out on the truck again the next day.

I loss a package. I live in Statham, GA. Mail service lost my Hearing aid returned application. It was very late so I contacted the company was sending to me. They told me they were still waiting. Started process in January. My hearing aides have arrived in Athens , GA. Appointment with UGA WILL BE NEXT FRIDAY. THANK YOU GOD FOR MY NEW HEARING aides

That is a great question. UPS drivers usually opt to leave mine on a wooden pallet under a car shelter next to an old camper on my neighbors property, and he doesn’t even live there. Took me a while to figure out where my stuff was accumulating. When I did, I called them probably 4 or 5 times. They still leave my stuff there or it just disappears altogether. My cameras actually recorded the one time they delivered to my porch. I saved the video knowing it was a miracle. Good luck to you as well!

UPS should tell you where it would be picked up. If it's in your district, yes, but you can also ask on the website to have it left there directly, or simply sign for it to be doing tomorrow
