Coming from South Georgia making our first trip to the track. Question, do we need stadium seats, folding chairs or just cushion seating?

Only the lower stands are concrete and have room for folding chairs. Upper stands are metal and wood and only space for cushion.

The stands are concrete so cushion seats can work but we also bring folding chairs.
