Yes BUT THE EARLIER THE BETTER before lunch is the best time to set up BY it ur vending Others shopping and looking anytime between 7 am to when people start fading out and then u can get free stuff most of time bc the people are leaving so they sell cheap or give stuff away to avoid having the Xtra luggage to take back home :)
It's pretty busy by then....people show early even vendors looking for stuff.
