Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Manager is amazing. Their checking accounts are actually free, no hidden fees, and their bounce protection program is also free and better than any bank I've had before. Can't say enough good things about this local bank.

Hi Derrell, Pinnacle Bank is closed for the Thanksgiving holiday, but the ATMs are available for use. The bank opens back up tomorrow.
