Bring a stroller but only one that has large wheels. It can take some time getting about the park.

Depends on how long you like to watch each animal, if you're there during feeding times and if you interact at the reptile house (coloring or presentations). I'd say plan on an hour, give or take 20 minutes for your group's attention span.
