If you're getting automated calls from the pharmacy, politely tell them in the pharmacy that you DO NOT WANT the automated calls. If it's for the rest of the store speak to a cashier and they will take care of this for you. You can call or go in person. Just remember EVERYONE that being polite & asking gets a better response than raising your voice & having an attitude. I'm not saying you are like this, I just speak from experience.

If you are getting automated calls from cvs, it may be because you have a photo order ready for pick up, a photo order you've recently picked up was not processed through the register fully therefore it is still showing up in the system, or you may have a prescription ready for pick up. To stop this, you can simply call your local store and ask them about it or just ask about it the next time you visit your local cvs.
