Is it hard to find parking ?

There is a parking structure behind the restaurant I paid $7.00 weekday after 5PM rate. On street parking is space and often metered

Richmond doesn't tell you that you don't have to pay the street meters after 6pm or on Saturday and Sunday. Private parking lots do still charge tho

Very hard.

Street parking can be difficult but there a reasonably priced public parking deck next door.
