Where is the best place for well controlled dogs to be off leash and swim?

Hinkley loop in south portland or the east end beach in Portland

Highly recommend Hinckley Park, its on Highland Ave in South Portland. The whole park is off leash and has a fresh water pond with easy access for dogs to swim easily.

Definitely Hinkley, the east end beach can be hit or miss

OOB beach check the town's website for times dog can be on beach.

Higgins Beach from 7-9 am or pm.
