Hoverboards fall into the category of healies (wheeled sneakers). If you are seen using in the store, you will be asked to either carry the hoverboard or exit the store. Riding is not allowed in the store.
I don't think so. Electric wheelchairs are though.
I would suggest you get some insurance before hand, its kinda crowded, things fall just walking by them. I would think twice about doing that
