I went in with my wife looking for a new comforter set and I have to say a young woman by the name of Katie Brown hands down provided us both with exceptional customer service! She went out of her way helping us pick the perfect comforter! She was extremely patient making sure I loved what I wanted before going through with our purchase and a smile never left her face. I'm a very picky person and can be at times a bit Undecisive but being helped by Katie was a huge help. she had no problem going over different blankets and the many colors provided making sure to switch from tab to tab on the work computer so that I was confident in my purchase. I'm now finally sleeping in a wonderful bed set and loving it! Thank you soooo much Katie Brown! I hope to be helped by you again on our next trip!

It's a BB&B, you need a kitchen gizmo there's a good chance they will have it and a bunch of other stuff you didn't know you needed but will buy anyway.

I'm so pleased to say thank you to the wonderful staff at Bed Bath & Beyond in Amherst! My elderly father walked in looking for help with and item they didnt sell. The staff were so kind on helping him figure out where to find it (a different store). Being elderly is not always so nice today. Thank you so much for helping him feel cared for ♡
