They are really good about taking care of problems if they make a mistake. They only messed up one pizza for me and they caught it before they gave it to me. They have me that pizza and the one that was cooked the way I wanted.
No. I always have them make mine well done and have never had one burnt. They always ask what level of well done you want it. If you wait in the restaurant they will have you do a visual check before it goes beyond your preference. Once they get to know you it will be done that way every time. They haven't disappointed me in almost 4 years.
