Yes, best to do as soon as you go and see your room, and realize you want to move. but that isn't a problem
We weren't able to move. I'm a long long term SPG member and when I saw the room and asked for an upgrade I was told no. Again, if you need to stay within the SPG program, try the Aloft on Lady St.
