That is correct, you design your food. You can taste anything you want. The ingredients are very well prepared, the proteins are not overcooked. Try it. There are 5 locations to choose from. Wellington is the first and my favorite.
It's healthy food. So if you are picky because you want something healthy then yes it is for you. The food is excellent.
