I read something while I was there that they do rescue their animals. Whether that meant all or some I am not sure. There was one that came with an injured leg and ended with amputation. It was hiding in its little home though.
I know of at least two animals that were rescued from a location in Wisconsin
Yes a lot of them are rescued animals. At least that is what our guide told us.
They do not say on the website, and didn't say during our visit. May be a good question to ask when you visit
