I was told a 2 hr wait. Called at 2.5 hrs then I was told another 2 hrs. Sad truth is these mechanics work one hourly plus per job The more expensive jobs get done before then little jobs like tires. I had forgotten that is how TA and Petros work. So unless you have to have it done now and it's not big... Unless you wish to waste half of your day.. don't stop here. Oh yes ... Not all of them TA repair shops are the same.. This is my experience today. Oh yeah by the way do you think that they would have bothered to call me to let me know that they were running another 2 hours late no they didn't. I had to call them. I had to call them because they pushed me behind other people that's why and it was only then that she said oh it's going to be another 2 hours and then try to tell me that whatever it is so I don't know why you would lie and make 15 bucks an hour why in the world would you do that I have no idea but I won't stop here for anything other than fuel.

Okay. I know that a gas station is a gas station. It's designed to be a respite from sitting for hours while your bum goes numb. This one is no different. It deserves 5 stars due to the nature of this chain. It's always clean and staffed well enough to keep it socked and organized. And I'm not sure what it is about gas station hot dogs, but they are yummy.

I drive a 26 ft box truck. I was headed to my delivery, and my truck started squealing bad. I thought it was just a squeaky pulley pulled over and rested for the night. Checked it the next morning and my cooling fan was about to fall off. I called TA service department and they was able to look at it within the hour. Diagnosed the problem and was unable to get one part until the next day. So I had to get a hotel room, and they were so generous enough to take me to the hotel room while waiting on the part. And even picked me up the next morning to carry me back to the shop. Every employee that I dealt with there was absolutely awesome. Very nice and helpful TA. This is been the best TA that I have been to. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Nice place to stop. I have stopped a number of times. Today unfortunately shower 3 was cold lukewarm at best. I informed a couple people. Hopefully the problem gets fixed.
