Great customer service. Easy process!

I reserved a car from the Vernon Enterprise location for Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Approximately 10:55 a.m. I received a call from that location telling me there was no car for me and I should call Manchester or East Hartford to find a car. I called the number listed for the Manchester Enterprise location. The representative I spoke with said according to his information there are cars available in both Vernon and Manchester currently. He told me he transferred the reservation to the Manchester Enterprise location. When I arrived at the Manchester location about 11:40 a.m. the customer service representative told me there was no reservation under my name. I informed her it was just sent to this location. She said she had not received it and if she had she would not take it. She told me she could help me Tuesday. I tried to explain the circumstances and she did not care. She said, “I can help you Tuesday" again. As I was leaving, I said “you and your company are ruining someone’s vacation.” She said, “have a nice day.” I would not recommend either location. Had to give one star, neither place deserves it.

Emergency situation where my car needed to go in the shop immediately on a Thursday morning. I was able to come same day and pick up my rental by 1pm. No hassle, super informative, and friendly staff! I waited for about 5 minutes but someone made sure to address me and let me know I would be helped shortly. There was ice cold water available (it was the hottest day of the year) and when my car was ready the a/c was on full blast. I was supposed to return the car by 1pm Monday but my personal vehicle wasn’t ready until 1 pm and I was at work until 5:30. They adjusted my overall charge and I was able to drop off after hours with no issues. Best rental experience ❤️
