It's not Certified, but it's grass fed and grass finished. They farm their cattle as lazily as possible, so it's as good as it gets. They also slaughter on site so it's fresh, and they have surprisingly good cleanliness standards. The pork is grown elsewhere, and it's not certified either. They can't tell you any more about it, but it tastes good.
I would say no. I don't recall seeing anything in there that says organic.
