Yes it is. It has a large grass area and you can get to the shore from there. Plus a beautiful flowers.

Sure is! There is street parking, access to the walking trail/boardwalk, a fountain and rose garden and a phenomenal view of Lake Superior - all within walking distance of the main drag downtown and the Fitger's complex, among others
