Honestly, had a great experience! I hated going to the dmv, but they stayed late and helped me take care of everything! I got there late, around 4:40 and they were very kind and didn’t care that I showed up near close! The atm went down so I had to go to a near by gas starion to grab cash, the 2 ladies stayed open 15 minutes late to help me out! Great people and amazing service!

Gotta jump through hoops just to register a vehicle you bought. They even get angry when you happen to know what you're talking about. Worst part they even seem bothered to do their job. Dont live in this state and if you do avoid this DMV at all costsWe do not require “hoops”. Perhaps you were missing information or documents which is out of our control. I’d like to add we are not bothered to do our job. If you’d like to stop in and speak to the manager I’m sure we can give you a solution to your problem. Generally our 1 star reviews are customers who get mad at us because they don’t have the correct paperwork or can’t get away with something. That is not a reflection of our service which we provide. Please stop in and talk to the manager for assistance with your problem.

As long as you’ve already owned the vehicle for over a year it’s $53.75. You also must have another everyday driver registered to you to qualify. Hope that helps answer your question.

Generally we can facilitate that with you via mail. Send all paperwork and your contact information to us, we look it over and contact you with the fees. When we receive payment we can process your transaction and mail it to your current location.
We cannot "force it" However, we can file a report of sale. The state of MN will send a letter to them stating they have 10 days to transfer or they will revoke the plates. The buyer still needs to come into an office and finalize transfer. We can assist with that. Bring the stub off the title with all the information.

You can come into our location with your drivers license/ID and purchase one. They are $20.50. We also print those out on the spot so you will leave with it in hand. If that doesn't work you can print off the form from the DVS website and complete it and mail it to them for processing and they will mail it to you.
DMV at 6630 Grand Ave doesn't do anything with drivers license. They deal with title transfers, license plates, and registration.
It depends on the age of the vehicle. You will also have to pay tax if you just purchased the vehicle based on the value or how much you paid. Last vehicle i registered with minimum tax of $10, and at minimum registration fee based on age, i was out tje door with plates for about $100.. You should look at the DVS website to get all the details.
