No. Most retail places do not allow this and an associate can get fired if they take it. It is in their training when they get hired and agree to this. And even if you tried to do it on the sly and someone else finds out about it they can have an investigation into the situation done which can lead to firing of the employee. Best thing to do is a survey if you have a code and mention how well they did by name. The more details about that situation the better.
