Yes some flooding accurrs,. If you're in a spot all season they move trailers sometimes for you. Depending on where your spot is. Very nice people/owers. Clean and still upgrading RV sites. I'm thinking our friends paid $1500-$1600 a season, while they have the biggest corner lot.lol
I believe seasonals vary depending on hookups. The river floods but the campground is usually on top of things and pull campers to high ground and move them back when waters recede. Awesome people run the place. Give them a call they are easy to talk with and helpful.
Not sure on price but it does occasionally flood
