Yes. It works that you can donate twice in a 7 day period with a day in between. You wouldn't be stuck with those days. You could later decide Tuesday and Thursday. It's super easy to adjust your days to later in the week, but to adjust to earlier would require a skipped day. And it's important to note that the 7 day period isn't set to Sunday to Saturday, it's based on when you dirst donate. So if you start on Tuesday and then go again Thursday, you can't go Monday. The person at the paydesk will generally let you know the earliest you can return so that you don't waste a trip.
