The problem is that there is a very limited supply of the adapters available with very high demand but we do understand your frustration with this situation and we would like to make it right. I am very happy with my buying experience and purchase. I had already picked out a camera from the store off their website, but wanted to test the zoom. The person working didn't try to upsell items to me, which I greatly appreciated. Instead, they listened to what I needed the camera for (nature photography) and recommended a bag and extra battery that would make my hobby easier. I didn't feel pushed into purchasing things I didn't need, which is very important to me. I'm extremely happy with the camera, but the customer service is what would bring me back and have me recommending the store to other people.

Hello Ron , Unfortunately we do not have a repair tech on site that is trained to professionally clean Minolta cameras and lenses . Some of our customers reported good results with Midwest Camera Repair in Wyandotte .
