There is a hotel in Jordan Valley, 45 miles east or in Mcdermitt NV 100 west of Rome Station. I have never stayed there, so cannot describe them for you.

Yes there are accommodations there. There is also a small diner as well. People are great too
I know there are cabins for rent. The bathrooms are not the best. There is a place for RV's too.
