My first time at the Gorge for Brandie Carlile and had lunch on the way out next day. It was ok. My salad had some/a lot of wilted lettuce in it and they tried to say they just opened the bag it was in. But whatever. An experience. Got to tag the wall with choice of marker, crayon or colored pencil. Fun.

Showed up at 8:30 in the morning and only a couple other people in the Cafe. Everything on the menu was priced reasonably. Had the ultimate breakfast sandwich and it was loaded and delicious. The atmosphere in here is different and it is pretty cool.

Like walking back in time, an old fashioned diner serving standard fare. Food was good but the service was a bit slow to bring the food. Prices are reasonable. There is white, plain wallpaper all over the dining room where past guests have signed notes with dates. Not far off from the I-90 exit not to mention near gas stations and the new Microtel hotel too, a convenient place to have a breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Stopped in to have lunch at 230 and the lady behind the counter was rude. Told us the kitchen just closed but hours on the door said they were open till 7pm. As we pulled out of the parking lot she was sitting on a bench smoking. Tried to support small businesses in a small area. Won't again!
