Yes you can buy items and or make donations. It's a great place to donate cabinets that come out of your home when you remodel. Any kind of extra flooring or extra paint they accept too. It's remixed to make large quantities of neutrals. They also accept appliances as donations and sell used appliances.
You can buy items. They have items that are new,used and overstock items. Tile is my favorite thing to buy.
