Why is it the last 2 tomes I have been there my order is not right .... Chili Cheese dog no ketchup I am lucky if I get cheese or mustard or onion ots shiws on the pitcher its there ...ck bite box never hot fries so cold no crisp to them at all wth

Have you ever called them to "nicely" complain? I once had a manager tell me that if they don't know the problem they can't fix it.

Poor customer service, usually, they are on top of serving orders right.
