The service here is almost nonexistent. You would think a company that only does drive-thru would have the drive-thru process down to a science. It's frustrating to go here and every time you wait until the car at the window has picked up their order before you can even place your order. Tonight I paid $4 in cash for an order that was $3.59. I never got my change. When I ask the lady at the window, she just looked at me and said "huh?" 15 minutes for one order was a bit excessive considering there were only two cars in front of me when I arrived. I simply drove off.

Absolutely garbage now. I wouldnt eat this if it was free. Disgusting how bad it is.

Went later in the evening, the cooks made everything fresh especially the monster monsterella sticks and he added extra sauce, both employees were super nice

I drove up to the drive through expecting to be able buy lunch. The girl inside refused to serve me and said she was only doing online orders.
