Do the kitchens come with pots and pans for cooking or do you need to bring your own stuff?

All the basic stuff is there, actually more than the basics, certainly enough to cook a reasonably fancy meal if that's your intention.

Depends on the room but yes the basics are there

There is a limited amount for basic cooking.

There are pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware in the rooms.
