If weddings are allowed then you'll have to get a permit. Keep in mind that it could get costly as most venues are usually barricaded off. Good luck wherever you decide to get married!

I am not sure who the local park authority of Big Spring Park is however I believe its the Huntsville/Madison County Convention & Visitors Bureau. Regardless, that's probably a good place to start; if they can't help you, they should know who can. You'll have to apply for a permit to be married in a public park. (: Hope that helps!
